To resolve issues with an incorrect username or password, please join our Discord using the link below and create a support ticket. Our staff team will assist you.
Hardware ID Mismatch
To resolve Hardware ID (HWID) issues, click the Reset HWID button in the Rias Dashboard. If the problem persists, please contact us on our Discord server for further assistance.
License not redeemed
Claim your new license on our Discord server and activate it through the Rias Dashboard.
Connection issues
If you are experiencing connection issues, first verify that your device is properly connected to the internet and that your network is functioning normally. Ensure that no firewall, VPN, or network restrictions are blocking access. If the problem persists, you can improve network stability and potentially resolve connectivity interruptions by installing the 1.1.1.1 app by Cloudflare, which provides a fast and secure DNS service. After installing, reconnect and try logging in again.
